As an innovator, GeneLink filed for a series of patents relating opt over 60 Gene-SNP's as early as 2001 After submission and review of clinical data, the U.S. Patent Office issued one of GeneLink's most significant patents, "Kits and Methods for Assessing Skin Health" on May 1, 2007. GeneLink is the only company to be granted a patent for a therapeutic skin health regimen linked to a specific DNA-based assessment.
GeneLink also has the first patented, FDA reviewed, non-invasive, self-administered DNA collection system. Several other important national and international patents are pending.
